Frequently asked questions
· Clients must call to cancel in-person sessions to ensure that Mils has seen the cancellation
· 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of in-person sessions
· Sessions may be rescheduled if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance; they must be rebooked within the same month and are subject to availability
· Failure to comply with this clause will result in the session being charged in full
· Please rebook cancelled sessions via my App
